After infusing Sweet Almond Oil with Rose Petals harvested on my farm I made a Rose Salve. Rose Salve- (Natural Perfume and Moisturizer).
For those who want to smell beautiful while avoiding strong scents. If you are like me you just want to avoid an allergic reaction to the chemicals in most perfumes.
Roses are an antioxidant powerhouse which can provide anti-aging benefits, reduce redness, hydrate skin, and soothe irritation. (Etsy has restrictions against discussing the beneficial properties of natural ingredients and essential oils.)
Avoid leaving in hot vehicle as this could melt the salve. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This Salve can last 1-2 years if stored correctly. When using, always use clean, dry, hands or fingertips, as this will assist in preserving a longer shelf-life.
*This salve is a wonderful natural remedy but it is not a replacement for medical care when needed. Consult a doctor before using if you have any health conditions or concerns. Test in a small area first and discontinue if a reaction occurs. External use only, not for internal use.
